Tommy Wayne Hogue, a life long resident of Little Rock, MS, passed away in his home Wednesday, December 13, 2023.

Tommy was born October 3, 1952 to Clayton Leroy Hogue and Dessa Merlene Hogue, the second child of five. He deeply loved his mother before and after her passing. He also loved his siblings with an unconditional love. They all remained residing close to one another most their lives and helped raise each other's children. They worked well as a village and support system. Tommy fathered three beautiful children with former wife, Judy Hogue. His remaining years were spent with special friend Kathy Shelby, and loved her family as his own. Tommy was a long time employee of Clearspan Components. Throughout his entire life he loved being outdoors. He was an avid gardener. Most days you could find him riding in his truck, on his 4-wheeler, or on his side-by-side. Making pit stops at all of his loved one's homes that lived near by or at his nephew's produce stand. Those visits and seeing him joy ride will be greatly missed.

Tommy is survived by his son, James Hogue, daughter-in-law, Kristen Hogue, daughter, Stacy Hogue Gressett, and youngest daughter, Heather Hogue. His grandson, Eli Gressett. His sister, Cindy Campbell. A host of several generation's of nieces and nephews that he also loved as his own, and they loved him back for it.

His longtime special friend, Kathy Shelby, her children, grandchildren, and great grand children that he devoted a lot of his love and life to.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leroy Hogue, mother, Merlene Hogue, paternal grandparents Burt and Renia Hogue, maternal grandparents Aubrey(Clarance) and Odessa Dorman, brother, Ricky Hogue, sister, Irene Smith, sister, Janice Griffin, brother-in-law, Leon Griffin, Jr., niece Patricia Ward, nephew Jamie Griffin, great nephew Dusty Wayne Russell, named after Tommy, great nephew Timothy Ward and a host of other loved ones that will gladly greet him at his new home.
