Services for Stephen Kyle Buckley will be held at 2:00 pm , Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union. Burial will be held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Ministers Lin Chesney and Rusty Walton will officiate.

Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service on Sunday in the Chapel.

Mr. Buckley is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Billy Buckley; maternal grandparents: Clifford & Jimmie Chesney; great grandparents: J.T. & Jenny Lou Chesney; two uncles:  Joe Chesney and Gary Buckley.

Kyle graduated in 2007 from Newton County High School. After high school Kyle attended college and played baseball at ECCC & MCC.  He was an avid hunter, who loved everything about the outdoors. Kyle had a special bond with his young nephew Ruger, he loved spending time with him and all of his family. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Kyle will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved him.
