Ruby Godwin, 75, of Meridian, passed away March 7, 2024, at the Fisher Care Hospice Home on Zero Road in Meridian, Mississippi.

Ruby Godwin was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth W. Godwin and a loving mother to Timothy Godwin (Tammye) and LaDonna Rena' Walley. Ruby was a cherished grandmother to Johnathan, Matthew, Rachel (Justin), Amy, and Emily.  She was a great grandmother to Autumn, Summer and Andrew. Ruby was the daughter of the late Curl Dois and Mattie Vera Armstrong.

She was a dear sister of Rev. Lee Dois Armstrong, and the late Mary, Curl Baskim, Lula Mae, William, and Eunie.

Ruby will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Abundant Life Tabernacle (Hwy 19 in Meridian) on Wednesday March 13, 2024 from 9:30-11:00, followed by a service at 11:00 in the sanctuary.

Officiating the services will be Rev. Rodney Baker  Rev. Dois Armstrong.

Serving as pallbearers will be Johnathan Godwin, Matthew Godwin, Christopher Storey.
