UNION: Services for Ms. Melba Jean Barnett will be held at 3 P.M. Monday, March 25, 2024 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union. Bro. Harold Laird will officiate and son, Tom Barnett will bring the eulogy. Burial will be in New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 P.M. to 3 P.M. Monday, March 25, 2024 prior to the service.

Ms. Melba Barnett, 67, of Little Rock, passed away Friday, March  22, 2024 at her residence.

Survivors include:

3 Sons: Thomas Barnett (Helen), Billy Joe Barnett (Kathy), and Joseph Barnett

2 Daughters: Christina Buntyn (Wesley) and Haley Gillis

2 Sisters: Shirley Price Barnett Grace and Geraldine Tolbert

12 Grandchildren
13 Great-Grandchildren

She is survived numerous nieces and nephews.

Ms. Barnett is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Barnett; three sons, Jerry, Terry, and Scott Barnett; her parents, Newman and Jewel Price; and 3 brothers.
