Blonzell Brown passed away at her home July 17,2025.  She was born 4/2/1937 in Linwood, Ms where she had fond memories of growing up with her 6 siblings. She also loved to tell stories about her time at Decatur Shirt Factory. She opened and ran Blonzell's Country Curtains then later Blonzell's Curtain Shop for over 35 years. She was very much loved by her family and numerous friends. Blonzell was a member of Clarke Venable Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Steve (Laura);grandson, Taylor Mills(Jennifer); three great grandchildren, Morgan Mills, Peyton Mills, and Lauren Mills; sister in laws, Jackie Gibbs and Delores Ladd; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Blonzell Ladd Brown was preceded in death by parents, Sidney O. Ladd and Ethel Martin Ladd; Her husband, Benny "Bo" Brown; sister, Annie Ladd Skinner; brothers, Ernest Ladd, Howard Ladd, Billy Joe Ladd, Sidney H. Ladd, Jr; sister, Sarah Ladd Glascoe; brothers in law, James Brown, William "Bud" Brown and sisters in law, Martha Brown Nation and Lola Dean Brown Kelly.

Please join us to celebrate and Honor Blonzell's life at a memorial service to be held at 2:30pm, Sunday August 24th, at Milling Funeral Home in Union. The Family will see friends from 1:30 - 2:30 prior to the Memorial Service on Sunday.
