Sebastopol: Services for Mrs. Martha "Mott" Green will be held at 6:00p.m., Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Sebastopol. Burial in the New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Don Savell, Bro. Tim Fanguy, and Bro. H.L. Rhodes will be officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00p.m., prior to services at Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol.
Mrs. Mott Green, age 71 of Sebastopol, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at her residence. Mrs. Mott Green had an eventful and loving life. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. Mott and Barney Green have been married since June 4, 1966. They were blessed with three wonderful children: Anthony, Pam, and Brad. Mrs. Mott always loved cooking, especially for her friends and family. Mott Green had always been known for being a hardworking, successful woman. She started her first job at the Walnut Grove Glove Factory. Later, Barney and Mott had opened "Barney's Burger Hut" and had owned it for several years. Once the Green's decided to sell the Burger Hut, Mott began working at Chip's Café. Soon after, she became employed at Bradford's Funeral Home in Forest, MS. Barney and Mott eventually became owners of "Barney & Mott's Auto Sales" in Sebastopol, MS. Eventually, Mott had acquired a job for the U.S. Postal Service as a window clerk for a couple of years. She then began working for Sue Sprayberry Photography, which lasted for seven years. On October of 1994, the Green's had become proud owners of "Barney & Mott's Furniture", which has kept it success all these years. Mrs. Mott Green was loved by many friends and family, and will be dearly missed.

1 Special Nephew: Jeffrey Dennis (Jessica) and their 2 children: Sadie & Hallie Dennis
1 Brother: Lane Dennis
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews
Mrs. Mott Green is preceded in death by her parents: Robert L. & Mildred Dennis; 1 Brother: Rob Dennis & his wife, Debbie.
Pallbearers: Brandon Davis, Daniel Ogletree, Michael Watkins, Ashley Creel, Joey Nickson, and Jerry Loper
Honorary Pallbearers: Amber Creel, Amber Jordan, Daniel Watkins, and all former employees of Barney & Mott's Furniture
