Union: Graveside Services for Mrs. Linda Darnell Rigdon will be held, Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 1 pm at Union City cemetery in Union. Rev. Rusty Walton will officiate.

Linda Darnell Rigdon of Brandon, MS, passed peacefully on December 3, 2021. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her faith in God and her love of family were immeasurable.

She will certainly never be forgotten.

Linda is survived by Charles, her loving husband of 56 years. They were married on March 31,1965.

She is survived by her son, Tim and his wife, Lelia and their five children, Ryan, Zachary, Blake, Hayden and Emily all of Destin, FL and her sweet fur baby, Harley Grace.

She is also survived by four brothers, Claude Hinton, Jerry Hinton, Terry Hinton all of New Augusta, MS and David Ross Hinton of Prescott, AZ.

Mrs. Linda was preceded in death by her baby boy, Michael Howard Rigdon, born September 10, 1972; her parents, McDavid and Dorothy Mae Hinton and five siblings.

The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Shriners hospital for children in memory of Linda, as this was her favorite charity and she loved supporting the children.
