Services for Mrs. Linda Katherine Coghlan will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, January 12, 2020 at First Baptist Church in Union. Burial will be held in the Union City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Sunday, January 12, 2020 at First Baptist Church in Union.

Linda Katherine Coghlan left her earthly home Thursday, January 9, 2020. Linda was a beloved wife, mother, and Nana. She was the heart of her family and leaves a beautiful legacy of three daughters, one son, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

She is survived by a loving husband of over forty years, Kenny Coghlan. Her children include daughters Vicki Weaver and husband Tim of Ridgeland, Nicole Coghlan of Union, and Jenna Jones and husband Dustin of Union, and son Jason Barnett and wife Erin of Madison. Her grandchildren include Ryan Weaver and wife Cyndee of Madison, Bailee Jones, Colton Barnett, Jack Jones, and Wesley Barnett. She also has two great-grandsons Jace Weaver and Pierce Weaver.

Linda was the daughter of the late Clifton and Ethel Steele, and she is preceded in death by her daughter Heather Feldman and her sister Martha Pittinger. She is survived by six siblings.

In lieu of flowers family request donations are sent to American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
