Services for Ms. Laura Slawson will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 p.m., prior to services.

Ms. Laura Slawson, 92, passed away on September 26, 2025.

Survivors:
1 Daughter: Rita Fulton (Bob)
1 Son: Frankie Slawson (Brenda)
3 Grandsons: Robert Fulton (Brandy), Justin Slawson (Amy) and Gene Downey (Mickie)
5 Great-grandchildren: Jaylee Fulton, Brayden Slawson, Graham Slawson, Angela Gartman and Danleigh Weaver
1 Sister: Inez Dempsey
Ms. Laura is preceded in death by her husband, F.D. Slawson; parents, Luther and Ethel Sturch, and sister, Francis Gousse.
Ms. Laura Slawson will be remembered as a faithful employee of Milling Funeral Home for 20 years. She was a longtime member of County Line Baptist Church.
The Family asks in Lieu of Flowers donations be made to Gideon International, Samaritan's Purse or charity of your choice.
