Services for Ms. Joan Richardson will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, February 8, 2021 at County Line Baptist Church. Burial will be at County Line. Bro. Bobby Barfoot and Kenny Joe Bankston will be officiating in the service.

Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 pm on Monday at the church prior to the service.

Ms. Joan Richardson, age: 87, of Union, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021.

Survivors:

1 Daughter: Kathy Smith (Melvin) of Purvis

1 Son: Kevin Richardson of Union

1 Granddaughter: Erin Walker (Josh) of Brandon

1 Great-Granddaughter: Ava Walker of Brandon

1 Special brother-in-law: Ray Hamil of Union

She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews

Ms. Joan is preceded in death by her husband: Hoss Richardson; two sisters: Jean Hamil and Ruby Posey; two brothers: Staff Bankston and Kenneth Bankston.

Pallbearers: Kenny Joe Bankston, Billy Bankston, Danny Hamil, Timmy Hamil, Josh Walker and Melvin Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers: Ray Hamil, Larry Hamil & Scotty Posey

Ms. Joan was a lifetime, faithful member of County Line Baptist Church. She will always be remembered by her delicious chocolate brownies.
