UNION: Services for Mr. Hurshel Pierce will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, June 30, 2023 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union. Burial will be held at Pleasant Ridge Church Cemetery. Bro. Jason Cameron will be officiating.

Visitation will be held from 12:30-2:00pm prior to Chapel services.

Mr. Hurshel Pierce, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.

He was the proud owner of Pierce Logging Company from 1970 until retirement in 2001.

He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Mr. Hurshel Pierce is preceded in death by his wife: Merle Pierce; one grandson, Jayden Pierce; one brother, Alvis and five sisters, Ardessa, Jessie Mae, Shorty, and Vernnie.
