Services for Mr. Franklin D. Slawson will  be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union. Bro. Rusty Walton will officiate with burial in Union City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. Sunday, February 9, 2020 prior to the service .

Mr. Franklin D. Slawson, 85, of Union, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020.

Survivors include:

Wife: Laura Slawson of Union

1 Daughter: Rita Fulton and husband Bob of Union

1 Son: Frankie Slawson and wife Brenda of Union

2 Grandsons:  Robert Fulton and wife Tracy of Wilmer, AL; and Justin Slawson and wife Amy of Florence, MS

3 Great-Grandchildren: Jaylee Fulton, Brayden Slawson, and Graham Slawson

1 Sister:  Doard Bell Gregory of Louisville

Mr. Slawson is preceded in death by his parents, Clem and  Beatrice Slawson; and 2 sisters.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Ms. Veterans Home in Kosciusko, MS.
