Ms. Emma Brashier, age 93, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022.

4 Sons: Fred Brashier (Mary Ann) of Collinsville

William Carl Brashier (Jannie) of Northport, AL

David Brashier (Paula) of Lawrence

Daniel Brashier (Judi) of Decatur

12 Grandchildren

18 Great-Grandchildren

1 Great Great-Grandson

Numerous nieces and nephews

Ms. Emma Brashier is preceded in death by her husband: Fred W. Brashier and one son: Gately Brashier.

Pallbearers: Scott Brashier, Gabe Brashier, Wes Lawley, Troy Meeks, Zack Meeks, and Daniel Brashier, Jr.

Today is a day we never wanted to experience. But to deny our beloved mamaw her heavenly reward would be selfish on our part. If you are blessed to be a member of her family, you have experienced and have been touched by the unconditional and never failing love that defined who she was. She chose to always see the best in her family and the people that surrounded her. Forgiving easily when it was needed and giving support when warranted. While she can never be replaced on this Earth or in our hearts, she has left behind a legacy of herself in each of her children and grandchildren and all that have come after her. As broken as our hearts are today in this moment all we need to do is look around at each other and know that our beloved mamaw will always be near. She may be gone, but she will never be far away.
