Services for Ms. Diane Vance Lewis will be held at 4:00 pm, Monday, August 26, 2019 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union. Burial will be in the Erin Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Rev. Dewayne Dickerson will officiate.

Visitation will be held 2:00 - 4:00 pm, Monday, August 26, 2019.

Ms. Diane Vance Lewis, age: 72, of Union, died on Sunday, August 25, 2019.

Ms. Diane is preceded in death by her parents: Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Vance; brother: Irby Robert Vance.
