Deborah "Celee" Vickers, 50, of Decatur died Friday, August 29, 2025.

2 Children: Taylor Fulkerson Roseberry (Nathan) and Katherine Isabella "Bell" Fulkerson
Mother: Deborah Clark (Raymond)
Father: Charles W. Brown (Sara)
1 Brother: Jared Clark
2 Stepchildren: Ovid Vickers IV and Raymond Vickers
3 Stepsisters: Kathryn Comans (Grant), Elizabeth Meyers (Ryan) and Miriah Landrum
Mrs. Vickers is also survived by a host of extended family.
