UNION: Services for Mrs. Darleen Kendrick Gibson of Decatur will be held 11 am, Saturday, September 07, 2024 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Hudson Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Ed Dickerson, Rev. Dewayne Dickerson and Rev. Don Cook will officiate.

Visitation will be held 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Friday at Milling Funeral Home of Union.

Mrs. Gibson, 66, of Decatur died Monday, September 02, 2024.

She will be remembered by her family as a loving, caring and giving wife, sister, aunt and friend. She was a charter member of Decatur Church of God.

1 Brother: Bobby Kendrick of Decatur

2 Nieces: Candi Blackwell (Billy) of Decatur and Allison Delon (Edgar) of Sumrall

4 Nephews: Cory Cater of Sebastopol, Stephen Jay (Kristina) of Newton, Justin Freeman (Dianna) of Union and Jason Freeman (Sarah) of Union

She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.

Mrs. Gibson is preceded in death by her parents, James and Floyce Kendrick.
