UNION

Funeral services for Mrs. Clevie G. Mowdy, 99 of Union, MS will be held at 4:00PM on Friday, March 21, 2025 at White Plains Assembly of God.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Bro. Ricky Boler will officiate.

She is survived by three grandchildren:  Denise Machelle Richie, Sean Mowdy (Amanda), and Sonya Crocker (David); 7 great-grandchildren; Tyler, Casey, Samantha, Larea, Justin, Nick, and Zach; 18 great great grandchildren; 2 great great great grandchildren; and a special niece Mrs. Margie Hillman.

Preceded in death by:  husband, Norman J. Mowdy; two sons, Larry and Gary Gene Mowdy, and one grandson, Stacey Mowdy; 5 brothers and 2 sisters.

Prior going to the nursing home she was very faithful to attend White Plains Assembly of God.

Pallbearers will be Alex Abel, Braxton Nabors, Tyler Abel, Casey Abel, David Crocker, Sean Mowdy, and Zach Mowdy.
