Services for Mr. Charles Ware will be held 3:00 p.m., Saturday June 20, 2026 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Sebastopol. Bro. Curtis Vance will officiate. Burial will be held in Sebastopol Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 2:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday June 20, 2026 prior to Chapel Service.

Charles Ware, age 82, passed away on June 18, 2026. He was born on January 31, 1944, and lived a full life marked by dedication to his work, love for his family, and a generous, outgoing spirit.

Charles is survived by his Wife; Sue McDill Jones Ware , sister; Joan Gilmore; his three children, Jill Ware LaShea, Eddie Ware (Angela), and April Haralson; and his five beloved grandchildren, Haven Hudson, Chalis Hudson, Zoe Hudson, Anna Ware, and Samantha Ware. He is also survived by Patrenia Cox Monk who he remained friends with.

He is preceded in death by: Parents: Roger and Maude Ware and former wife; Irene McMillan Haralson Ware.

Charles was widely known for his contributions to the apparel manufacturing industry. His career culminated in the ownership and operation of JC Apparel in Sebastopol, Mississippi, where he took great pride in his work. Prior to this, he built a strong foundation as a skilled and respected master electrician.

Outside of his professional life, Charles found joy in simple and meaningful moments. He loved woodworking, often crafting thoughtful gifts for his family. He loved to talk and treasured many conversations over a cup of coffee with family and friends. His giving nature and outgoing personality made a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Charles was deeply rooted in his faith and had a remarkable ability to recite verses from the Bible from memory, reflecting his lifelong commitment to his religious beliefs.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
