UNION:

Brenda Simmons,69,of Little Rock, Mississippi, went to be with the Lord on October 9, 2025 at her home. She was born on March 8,1956 to John and Jimmie Sue (Dyess)Terrell in Wayne County, Mississippi.

Brenda loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Toomsuba, Mississippi.  She also loved her family, flowers and food.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Harry Simmons; daughters, Michelle Rowell, Brandi Brumfield and Jessica Simmons; sons, Sean (Lauren) Rowell and Brandon Simmons; sister, Rose(Willie) Wells; grandsons, Tyler Brumfield, Timothy Brumfield, and Jackson Rowell; granddaughters, Victoria(Damien)Eley, Tatum Brumfield, and great grandson, Koda Eley.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Geno Terrell; mother, Jimmie Sue Terrell; father, John C. Terrell and an infant child.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
