Union: Graveside services for Ms. Brenda Addy will be held at 3 pm, Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Mt. Zion Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Billy Williams will officiate.

There will be no public visitation.

Ms. Addy, age 80, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2025.

She worked as an Assembly Worker at Peavey Electronics for many years.

She was a member of Clarke Venable Baptist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher who loved her kids. She was also a member of the church choir.

She loved to read, work word searches and puzzles.

Ms. Addy was survived by her brothers, Jimmy Rex Addy and Larry Addy (Kathy).

She was also survived by her nieces and nephews, Debra K. Addy, Don R. Addy, Brookes Stevens (Ricky), and David R. Addy.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, William Avery Addy Sr. and Mable Russell and her brothers, William A. Addy Jr., Bobby B. Addy and Henry Addy.
