Sebastopol:

Services for Ms. Betty Shelley will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Rocky Hill Church of God. Bro. Brett Cooper will officiate.

Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Scott County.

Visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. prior to church services at Rocky Hill Church of God.

Ms. Betty Shelley, 84, passed away November 19, 2025.

Ms. Betty Shelley is preceded in death by infant daughter, Jimmie Lou Shelley; one sister, Rachel Comans and her parents, Carmen and Iola Graham.

Ms. Betty and husband, James have been the owners of Shelley's Electric for over 40 years. Prior to the Electric business, Ms. Betty was one of the original founders of a childcare program in the Town of Sebastopol. She was a long-time member of Rocky Hill Church of God.
