UNION: Services for Ms. Betty Henry will be held 3 pm, Thursday, November 13, 2025 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Union City Cemetery. Bro. Thomas Fortenberry and Bro. Rusty Walton will officiate.

Visitation will be held 1:30 pm – 3 pm, Thursday at Milling Funeral Home of Union.

Ms. Henry, age 83, of Union died Saturday, November 08, 2025.

She was a faithful member of New Ireland Baptist Church.

After graduating from Union High School in 1959, she attended East Central Community College and University of Southern MS. She received her Master's Degree from MS University for Women.

She retired from Meridian Community College as a nursing program counselor and built many lifelong relationships with students and staff.

Survivors:

2 Sons: John Henry (Lee Ann) and Sterritt Henry (Angie)

7 Grandchildren: Joseph Graham (Courtney), Michael Graham (Theresa), Meagan Graham, Kole Henry, Jes Henry, Nic Henry and Case Henry

2 Great Grandchildren: Ryland Graham and Baylor Graham

Son in Law: Joey Graham (Lula)

1 Brother: Paul Allen Thomas (Lynn)

She is also survived by numerous special nieces and nephews.

Ms. Henry is preceded in death by her husband, John Keith Henry; one daughter, Carol Henry Graham; mother, Lucille Crenshaw Thomas and two brothers, Charles Thomas and Jamie Thomas.

Pallbearers: Kole Henry, Jes Henry, Nic Henry, Case Henry, Ryland Graham and Jacob Thomas
