Graveside services for Mrs. Betty Jean Williams Carter will be held 2 pm, Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Ms. Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

A Mass will be held 12 noon, Monday, July 15, 2019 at St. Joseph in Meridian, MS.

Mrs. Carter passed away surrounded by family on Friday, July 5th, 2019.

She is survived by her loving husband PJ Carter; son, William Foster and wife Suzanne; daughter, Rhonda Browning; grandchildren, Brittany Carpenter and husband Zach, Tiffany Browning and Christopher Foster and sisters, Nell Powell and Peggy Allen.

Mrs. Carter was preceded by her mother, Bernice Williams; father, James Williams and brother Jimmy Williams.
