UNION: Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., June 20,2026, at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union. Bro. William Savell will officiate. Burial to follow in Pinckney Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m., June 20, 2026, prior to Chapel services.

Ms. Berna Dean Tullos left her earthly home on Thursday, June 18, at the age of 92. In her earlier days, she spent her time as a nurse caring for those at the leprosy hospital in Carville, LA. She was also a world traveler who loved exploring different countries. Her travels took her to many places, including the Holy Land. She was a member of County Line Baptist Church.  In her free time, Berna enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. 

She is survived by her two sons, Larry Rucker and Tommy Tullos (Stephanie). Her grandchildren, Jessica Higginbotham (Matt), Amanda Mayon (Michael), TJ Tullos, Brandon Underwood, and Hanna Crain (Brantley). As well has 9 great grandchildren, Sister: Nancy Barret (Billy) of Union. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Zane Tullos; daughter, Regina Rucker; parents, Rufus and Irene Chamblee; sister, Roberta Rigdon (Duvall), and daughter-in-law, Julia Rucker.

Pallbearers are Matt Higginbotham, Braden Higginbotham, Lynn Rigdon, T.J.Tullos, Brandon Underwood and Brantley Crain.
